We have experiences of huge destructive disasters in so many times in Japan.
There's a high probability that there will be a big earthquake & Terrorism during the Tokyo Olympics that we concerned about.
Furthermore, for our daily life, there are so many problems to be solved in an aging society. Japan is challenged with an aging demographic, wanderer, lack of support person, and elder abuse, etc.
On the other hand, it might be necessary to think what is required for society, corporate and ourselves how to overcome these complicated problems in daily life.
